- from £375 pw As you go down the drive to Pinclanty Mill Cottage, your first view of the cottage is of a traditional stone built country cottage but as you reach the house the interesting wood extension gives an inkling of what to expect inside. Pinclanty Mill Cottage is a newly renovated traditional Scottish cottage, which has been sympathetically and thoughtfully renovated to give you first rate holiday accommodation.

The main public room is delightful – the full width of the house - it provides a modern and stylish kitchen with wood floors throughout and with eating area and a comfy and light sitting room with a wonderful red wood burner as a focal point. This is a room to enjoy both the preparation and consuming and aftermath of meals.

The cottage annex also has a further snug/TV room and an excellent drying/utility area  - ideal following country walks. There is also a separate downstairs WC.

There are 3 charming bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. They are all very attractive with pretty views and lovely light flooding in through the windows. The master bedroom is built into the new extension and there is an unusual and
tantalising bath within the room and a separate en suite WC.

Going Green - Pinclanty Mill Cottage has excellent environmental credentials, with solar panels on the roof for hot water, under floor heating and a heat recovery pump providing the central heating.
